1. General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bddk and you. bddk is a safe and trusted platform for the online gaming community in Bangladesh, offering slots, cricket betting and live casino services.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account with bddk, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being terminated at any time, and in such cases the deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, you must immediately notify the bddk support team.

3.3 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household or IP address. Attempting to create multiple accounts will be considered a serious violation of the terms and conditions, and all associated accounts may be terminated.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bddk is ৳500. This minimum limit applies to all transaction methods. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at bddk is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, bddk reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for additional verification.
• Withdrawals will not be processed before the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) — meaning you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• The bonus can only be claimed once and cannot be exchanged.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within the designated time limit.

5.2 VIP Program

bddk's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback benefit at each level is as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Through regular gaming activity you can advance to a higher VIP level. Specific terms and conditions apply to each bonus offer.

5.3 Bonus Policy

bddk reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer. If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on bddk are conducted following fair play principles. The following gaming rules apply to all members:

• The results of all games are impartial and determined by technical systems.
• A game result may be voided due to a technical error. In such cases, bddk will provide a reasonable resolution.
• bddk will not be held responsible for disconnections that occur during a game.
• Betting limits may apply to certain games or markets.
• For sports betting, event results depend on the officially announced outcome.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bddk and will be considered serious violations of the terms and conditions:

• Engaging in any form of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate or gain unauthorized access to accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Using or managing another person's account.
• Buying, selling or transferring accounts.
• Using funds for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Operating games using bots or automated software.
• Conducting coordinated or group-based fraudulent activity against bddk.

If such activities are detected, the relevant account will be immediately terminated and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited. bddk also reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
